Fees

The fees to be charged by Bob Johnson Bookkeeping are determined by the volume of the work and the time taken. Fees will be discussed on an individual basis and will be one of or a combination of the number of transactions and the time taken. However it is calculated you will find it is very competitive.

On initial contact Bob Johnson Bookkeeping and the potential client would meet. The scope and the nature of the work would be discussed and the fees agreed. An agreement would be drawn up called a Letter of Engagement. This would be produced by Bob Johnson Bookkeeping outlining everything that has been discussed and agreed. It is important to understand that there would be no hidden costs.

Bob Johnson Bookkeeping can work at the client's site assuming it is within reasonable distance from Reading. However, whenever possible, work will be undertaken at the office of Bob Johnson Bookkeeping.
